Purpose of the plant is the grinding of rubber granulates.
Rubber powder is used as basis material for new products and
application in the rubber and plastic industry.

The equipment is valid for processing of rubber granulate won from

- Old tires
- Industrial rubber scrap (Technical rubber)

The grinding process is dry, purely mechanical by ambiance temperature. No additives like e.g. nitrogen are required.

The wear of the machine tools are minimum. The rubber material is
not changed or damaged through overheating. The final product is the active rubber powder 1-1000µ with very large surface energy.
